Modernization – Midwest will supply all labor, materials, equipment and general contracting for any subcontractors needed to perform work related to a modernization of an elevator, including mechanical, fire service, and/or electrical.
Repair – Midwest will supply all labor, materials, equipment and general contracting for any subcontractors needed to perform work related to the repair or update of an elevator, including mechanical, fire service, and/or electrical.
Fire service – Midwest will supply all labor, materials, equipment and general contracting for any subcontractors needed to perform work related to elevator fire service.
Electrical – Midwest will supply all labor, materials, equipment and general contracting for any subcontractors needed to perform work related to elevator electrical work.
Dry Pit System – Midwest will supply all labor, material, equipment and general contracting to repair and maintain elevator pits for a dry environment.
